HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277 Printer Gets Stuck "Offline"

An Offline error indicates that your computer failed to recognize and connect to the computer which may be due to an inconsistent power supply, the network cable connection failure, or when the printer is set to use the Printer Offline. The following issues indicate that a printer is offline.
Step 1: The printer does not respond.
Step 2: The printer icon(s) on the control panel is offline or grayed out.
Step 3: The printer not connected to the network
Step 4: Carryout the steps below to resolve the offline issue.
Power reset the Printer
Step 1: Turn the printer and disconnect the power cord from the rear and the wall outlet.
Step 2: Make sure the network cable is properly inserted into the printer.
Step 3: Restart your computer, and reconnect the power cable to the computer.
Step 4: Turn the printer on manually if it does not automatically turn on.
Step 5: Try to print.

Step 1: Check whether Wi-Fi is enabled on your computer, and the computer is connected to the wireless network.
Step 2: Print a configuration page and check whether the printer has a valid IP address.
Step 3: Type the IP address in your browser’s address field. If the Embedded Web Server (EWS) page opens, the printer is connected to the network.
Step 4: Click Run under the Start menu, and type cmd.
Step 5: Type ping in the command line prompt, and provide the printer’s IP address.
