The phenomenal leader in Identity Defined Security, the Ping Identity announced that its platform powers the engine behind the identity of HP. It is an enterprise-wide identity management ecosystem. The main aim of the identity system is to bring all the HP product of the customer under the same identity.
This will uplevel the customer experience and partner experience either cloud or on-premises. To establish this identity system, HP has chosen the Ping Identity System and it is deployed in AWS that is Amazon Web Services. This has helped HP in initiating Identity Secure Management across the customers throughout the world. More than 100 businesses get benefited by the application and over 150 million partners and customer identities are in the record. Every day there are thousand more new add ups into the list of customers.
Before the introduction of HP ID, more than a dozen legacy security system has been maintained by HP and this lead to many disjoint customer experiences. The product manager of HP Mr. Jared Meier expresses the success of the Identity system as The Ping’s IAM platform will deliver scalability that will act like a support system that will help to keep the good pace with the continued growth of HP. The customer's experience has become much commandable now, as they get validated across digital properties. He also added that HP and Ping share same thoughts of innovation, great customer experience, and technology that will hike up the lifestyle for all the customers throughout the world.
