How to Setup HP Envy 4502 Printer

To set up the printer hardware, you need to discard the packing materials surrounding the printer. Examine the items in the box as it may vary based on the country/region. The contents of the box are USB cable, ink cartridges, software installation CD, warranty card, duplexer, and an additional input tray. The additional input tray may be in the box based on the printer model. Once you are done with the 123.hp.com/setup 4502, install the printer hardware and software for the printer.

• Unbox the 123 HP Envy 4502 printer and then discard the packing materials in the box. 
• Elevate the scanner lid to discard the packing materials from the scanner lid and then seal it.
• Clutch the handles on both sides of the printer, elevate the ink cartridge access door until it snaps into place, discard the packing materials from it and then lock the cartridge access door.
• Elevate the paper tray door to extend the paper tray towards you and then remove the packing materials. Shove the paper tray forward until it clicks into place and then shut the paper tray door.
• Plug in one end of the power cable to the hindmost of the printer and then attach the other end of the power cable to the electrical outlet and then switch on the 123.hp.com/envy4502 printer. Select your region/location with the up/down arrow by scrolling down the page. Click Continue or OK to confirm your selection.
• Load the paper into the input tray with the edges aligned accordingly and ensure that you place an unused, plain paper. To install the ink cartridges, unlock the ink cartridge access door and then elevate the door until it fixes into place.
• Take out the ink cartridge from the pack, place them into their corresponding slots and then shut the lid. To align the HP 4502 ink cartridges, keep the page with the printed side downwards on the scanner glass. Place the item in accordance with the engraved guides around the glass and then shut the scanner lid.
• Once you configure the printer hardware, install the printing software. Never attach the printer to the computer until prompted to do so by the printing software.
