HP Envy 5530 Print Carriage Cannot Move
Do the following HP Envy 5530 troubleshooting steps to resolve the HP Envy 5530 print carriage cannot move error.

The print carriage can be moved by opening the ink cartridge area and adjusting the print carriage.

Push down the Power button gently to power on the printer if it is off.

Open the scanner lid and the cartridge access door. See if the carriage moves to the cartridge access are of the 123.hp.com/envy5530 printer.

If the carriage does not move, gently move the carriage in the forward or backward direction.

Check if anything is stuck near the carriage which is making it stuck.

Now, take out the cartridge from their slots. Lift the cover on the slot and lightly push the lid back till it no longer moves.

Pull up the cartridge to remove it. Insert the cartridges again after checking if there is any dust particle.

Shut the ink cartridge access door and the scanner cover.
