HP Wireless Printer Troubleshooting For Wireless light is ON but Still have Connection issues

1)  Minimize wireless channel interference (LCD control panels)
  • The interference problems occurs between the network. This happens because the other network use the same channel or adjacent channel. 
  • Go to Wireless -> Network Settings and Print a Network Configuration Page or by choosing Setup menu on the printer. Steps to print the page vary by printer model. 
  • At last, The Network Configuration Page under the Number of 802.11 networks discovered list, locate the channel for your wireless network. Continue the troubleshooting steps if the below given error notified:
    • If your network is not on a channel used by several other networks
    • If your network is on a channel used by several other networks.
  • Obtain your wireless router IP address and login information. Refer to the documentation that came with your router or Internet Service Provider, or use the information in the table.
  • First open an Internet browser and type your router IP address in the address bar, then press Enter on the keyboard. Now the router web-based setup page opens.
  • Now Change your network channel name to one not being used by others.

2) Change the wireless network name (LCD control panels)

By Changing your wireless network name might resolve connectivity issues. If Multiple routers with the same network name (SSID) might cause the printer to connect to the wrong wireless network or drop the wireless connection.
  • Get your wireless router IP address and login information. Refer to the documentation that came with your router or Internet Service Provider, or use the information provided in the table.
  • Open an Internet browser, type your router IP address in the browser address bar, then press Enter on the keyboard. Now you get the router web-based setup page.
  • Locate the menu for changing your wireless network name, The network name should be unique. Choose the Menu and Change it
  • On the printer, select the Setup ->Network, or Wireless menu, Now click the Wireless Setup Wizard, then you should follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your network you renamed.
