Troubleshooting issues that often occurs in your HP Wireless Printer

First you have to Resolve the connectivity error states?
  • By Pressing the Router Power Button your router will get Turn OFF otherwise disconnect your power card.
  • By Pressing the Printer Power Button your Printer will get Turn OFF and Ensure any USB or Ethernet cables are disconnected

  • It’s Free tool to diagnose and resolve printing and scanning problems.
  • Select HP Print and Scan Doctor to download it through your Internet browser.
  • Download the files on your selected folder and launch the tool, then on-screen instructions will help you to run the automated troubleshooting.

Note that light blinking in Wireless icons indicates the status of the Printer wireless signal and connection to your local Wi-Fi network. The light Can be ON, Off or Blinking mode.

The Wireless light is ON but Still facing the Connection issues

Print the report from the Wireless, Network Settings, or Setup menu on the printer control panel. Steps to print the report vary by printer model. If any issues identified on the report to Attention, then follow the steps in the solutions to resolve the issues.

Else continue with this following steps:

Any one of the results get PASS it doesn’t require any actions. If all the result get pass it’s necessary to do the troubleshooting

Wireless ON = Fail : The wireless signal on the printer is off. Just Turn the signal ON and try to reconnect the printer to the wireless Network. On the Printer first select the Setup -> Network or Wireless Menu and Now select the Wireless Setup Wizard and then follow the On-Screen instructions to connect the printer to your network. When the wireless light is blue and solid, print another Wireless Test Results page and confirm the report shows the status as PASS.

Connected = FAIL or Not Run: The steps helps to Get solution, or reconnect your printer to the wireless network. On the printer, Click the Setup-> Network, or Wireless menu, Now Click On the Wireless Setup Wizard. Now follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your network. Print another Wireless Test Results page and confirm the report shows the status as PASS.

Signal Quality = Poor or Not Run: Move your printer closer to the wireless router or follow the steps in the solutions provided, then try with another print Wireless Test Results page and confirm the report shows the status as Excellent or Good.

Compare the Current Configuration section and Network Name(SSID) to the name of your wireless network. If the network name does not match, the printer is connected to the wrong network. On the printer, select the Setup, Network, or Wireless menu, select Wireless Setup Wizard, and then follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your network.
