Resolve HP Envy 5055 Printer Error Code 0XD8077900

The HP Envy 5055 Printer error code 0XD8077900 problem most commonly is connected with driver or printer cable problems, switching the printer off and on should view this error message disappear.
A hardware issue may be the reason the error message persists. 

  1. A 0xd8077900 error code displays on the control panel of the printer, and the printer does not respond. 
  2. Switch the printer on, if it is not already on. Wait until the printer is silent before you continue. 
  3. At the time the printer switched on, unplug the power cord from the rear of the printer. 
  4. Disconnect the power cord. Wait at least  60 seconds minute. 
  5. Connect the power cord back into the wall outlet. 
  6. Connect the power cord again to the rear of the printer. 
  7. Switch on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on. 
  8. Wait until the printer idle before you proceed. 
  9. Use the control panel to switch off the IPv6 setting. 
  10. From the home screen swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup. 
  11. Touch Network Setup, and then touch Advanced Settings. 
  12. Turn off IPv6, and then touch Yes to confirm. If the error code continues then its time to service the printer.
