How to Setup HP Deskjet 1012 Printer

Once you get the printer from the manufacturer, check if the printer box is sealed correctly.
Unseal the box and check if the printer components are provided.
Take the printer from the box and keep it on a plane surface.
Peel off the blue-colored protective tapes on the printer.
Unpack the power cord provided in the printer package.
Link the cable to the respective port of the printer and power supply.
Power up the printer by long pressing its power button.

Open the cartridge access door at the front of the printer.
Take the ink cartridges provided in the printer package.
Unpack the cartridges and peel off the orange colored protective tapes on them.
Insert the cartridges into the corresponding slots.
Close the front access door. Load suitable papers into the input tray by adjusting the paper width guides.
Install the printer driver on your computer and complete the first time HP Deskjet 1012 Printer Setup.
