How to Install HP LaserJet MFP M528c

BASIC SETUP :

1. Unpack the HP LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M528c printer first.
2. Take out the printer supplies such as power cord, telephone line cord, and user guide from the package.
3. Remove the protective tapes and covers from the printer.
4. Press the top cover release button at the side of the printer to open the front door.
5. Take out the toner cartridge entirely from the printer and unpack the casing.
6. Roll the toner cartridge for five times and insert it into the printer after aligning the toner slot. 
7. Close the front door and open the paper input tray.
8. Load some plain paper into the paper input tray with proper guide-width adjustments. 
9. Close the paper tray and connect the network cable to the HP Laserjet MFP M528c setup if you wish to connect the printer over a wired network.
10. Avoid connecting the USB cable until prompted during the driver installation.
11. Now, connect the printer to the wall outlet using the printer's power cord and press the Power
12. Configure the basic printer settings using the printer's control panel and pull out the keyboard if needed.
13. Enable the USB port by selecting the Settings icon, followed by General.
14. Select the Enable Device USB option, followed by Enabled to enable the USB port.
15. Verify the printer functions by printing a Configuration
16. Install the printer software on your computer by downloading the HP Easy Start software from the official HP site.
17. Update the printer firmware if available.
