How to Install HP Officejet 5230 Printer

• Take out the HP Officejet 5230 setup from the box and keep it on a clean surface.
• Do not forget to remove all the tapes and packing components from the printer.
• Unpack the AC power cord given in the printer box.
• Connect the cord to the corresponding port of the printer and power supply directly.
• "Switch ON" your HP printer and set your preferences.
• "Unpack" the ink cartridges provided in the printer box and insert them into the respective slots of the HP Officejet 5230 printer.
• After inserting the cartridges, tap "OK" on the control panel of the printer.
• The printer prints an alignment paper.
• "Open" the scanner lid and keep the sheet on the scanner glass with their printed side facing down.
• Close the scanner lid. Tap Scan on the control panel of the printer.
• Now the printer aligns the ink cartridges.
• Set the software for the HP Officejet 5230 setup to complete the setup.
