Remove the HP Officejet 200 printer from its package
- Check if the manufacturer’s seal is present in the printer box.
- Peel off the tapes and remove the packing materials from the HP Officejet 200 Mobile Printer Setup.
- Prefer a flat, clean surface to place your printer.
Fix the battery of the printer
- Place the HP Officejet 200 mobile printer with its rear side facing you.
- Gently push the latch of the battery cover to the right.
- Pull the battery cover and remove it.
- Unpack the battery.
- Fix the battery into its slot.
- Slide the battery cover into its slot.
Set up the power connection & configure your preferences.
- Attach an end of the power cable to the HP Officejet 200 Mobile Printer Setup and the other end to a power supply directly.
- Use the power button of the printer to turn it on.
Load compatible sheets in the input tray of the printer
- Raise the door at the top of the HP Officejet printer.
- Also, raise the control panel.
- Slide out the width guides to their maximum extent.
- Keep up to 50 sheets in the paper tray of the HP Officejet printer.
- Align the sheets by adjusting the paper width guides.
Fix the ink cartridges.
- Raise the ink cartridge access door of the HP Officejet 200 Mobile Printer Setup.
- Now the carriage moves and settles at its place.
- Unpack the ink cartridges given in the printer box.
- Peel off the packing tape on the ink cartridge.
- Fix the ink cartridge into the printer.
- Close the access cover of the ink cartridge.
- Now the HP Officejet 200 mobile printer prints an alignment page.
Install the software for the printer
Launch the HP Officejet 200 mobile printer software on your computer.
